of our A-maizing maze trekkers!
In 1916 Great Grandpa Depner raised
a record-breaking pickle crop. Aspiring to follow in
Grandpa's footsteps, I set
out to design a giant maze of pickles. After a few technical
problems, I opted to use field corn
instead.
In the Fall of 2005 we officially
welcomed our first family to "Get Lost"in our
giant corn maze...and we're still
awaiting their safe return.
Three years ago my dream was to create a fun place
for all
ages to enjoy...a place where anyone can forget
their
troubles for a few hours (or maybe more! ha ha)
and feel like a kid again. I guess you could
say my dream has come true!
Our maze opens August 8, 2008 and
we'd love to have you visit for
some good 'ol fashioned
family fun in the
country!
